Shoot update:
I shot two rolls of coloured film in the Colliery Village of Blackhall today. The village is not far from hartlepool and is somewhere that i almost feel has stood in time. Since pit closures colliery villages suffered massively. I find it incredibly interesting to look at these villages in this day in age and see how the villages still suffer. Back Alleys and quirky front street shops define these villages, i find them so visually intriguing and so obviously unique to the north east i just had to capture images there. I was enjoying snapping away on my film camera so much that i almost completely forgot to take any photographs digitally to upload to my blog to show people in the mean time. I can't wait to get todays rolls of film developed!
